Ol' Betsy

Great news from a study in England, our milk cow Betsy is predestined for greatness.  Observe:

The researchers found that farmers who named their cows Betsy or Gertrude or Daisy improved their overall milk yield by almost 500 pints (284 liters) annually.

Maybe that's because the people who name their cows that are the good ol' fashioned farmers who love and take care of their animals. Or maybe it's because those syllables form milk. ...This makes me wonder who on earth thinks to DO these studies...
